SeaBreathes started with my daughter.
I wanted to create something she could turn to when everything felt a little too much — something simple enough to use in the moment, without having to decide what technique to try or remember what to do next.
Over the years, I’d collected different breathing, grounding and relaxation techniques that had helped me personally. But knowing a technique and remembering to use it when you actually need it are two very different things.
So I began designing something different.
A place to escape for a moment, slow things down and find your bearings again.
SeaBreathes brings breathing, sound, movement and sensory guidance together into simple guided experiences. You don't need to know which technique to choose. You simply choose how you feel — or how you'd like to feel — and let the experience guide you.
There’s no complicated process and no expectation that a few minutes will somehow change everything.
Sometimes you just need a few minutes.
What began as something I wanted to create for my daughter grew into something I realised could be useful to many more people — whether they're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, preparing for sleep, trying to focus, or simply wanting a little space from everything around them.
SeaBreathes is still built around that original idea:
When the world feels like too much, there should be somewhere simple to go.
We hope Seabreathes can be that place for you.
